Louise Nevelson is definitely one of my very favorite artists. She used found objects, mainly wood, to piece together large sculptures painted in one color. The use of a single color really gives emphasis on the design, form, and texture.
Each child made one sculpture box for this project. We used cigar boxes and found objects to glue inside.
